Brand New Condor 'Retro Jet'

Today the new Condor 'Retro' did an air test and engine runs after painting... And for once it was actually in good weather ! Here are the results...

A few visitors in MAN..

Today we had a few unusual visitors in Manchester, and with the forecast being for full sun all day I decided to go down... Sadly the forecast (as usual) was wrong and it clouded over completely for the 'Dreamliner' Ryanair, Etihad A345 and TCX Special A321... Here is a selection anyway..

QANTAS and Nouvelair Hybrid @ MAN !

Today we had very mixed weather, and although the forecast was for full sun, we seemed to be overcast for most of the day ! The QANTAS departed to Cardiff, and the Nouvelair operated the weekly charter in basic Eritrean hybrid scheme. Here are the shots...

Weekend down South !

Last week I had a three days down South for the RIAT Airshow, Farnborough Airshow and Heathrow ! More photos with mixed weather, which will go to the back of the ever growing pile to edit ! Here are a couple from the weekend I edited, with the IL-62 being the highlight !

China Southern Cargo B744F @ MAN !

Today we had a very nice visitor, picking up live Pigs and flying them out to Wuhan, China ! Typically though, it arrived in cloud, with around 5 arrivals right after in full sun !

National Cargo Boeing 747-400F Visits MAN !!

Yesterday evening the National Cargo arrived, typically late at just gone 11 pm... If it landed at the scheduled time of 6pm, it would have been in full sun ! Here is my night attempt, and one from this morning on departure.

A week in Miami..

Yesterday I returned from a week in the Miami area, visting Opa Locka, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tamiami, Orlando, Tampa and a few others.. With these photos to edit and the Milan weekend to edit, it will be a while till I get up to date ! For now I will leave you with the highlight of the trip for me, seeing it last year and not getting a photo was gutting, but this time I was not dissapointed !!

A weekend in Milan...

This weekend was spent in Milan for the Clipper Weekend at Malpensa, however due to the lack of traffic we did one full day at MXP and most of the other two days at Linate. Here is a couple I have edited, but with going away for a week in a few days I think it will be a while before I edit most of them !

A Day up in Edinburgh !

A couple of days ago I was offered trip up to EDI as my Dad was going up for work anyway... To my suprise, I managed to get ramp access there and was driven around the ramp to photograph what was parked up ! Here are some graphs taken...
