Tonlesap Airlines first B737-700 departs MAN after painting !

This afternoon the First B737-700 for Tonlesap Airlines departed Manchester on an air test before heading to East Midlands. Typically, with a decent movement it was cloudy.. but its not a scheme/airline I would get everyday around here, as they are from Cambodia !

Finally Caught the Martinair Retro !!

I returned last night from spending 3 days in Amsterdam, having sucessfully photographed the Martinair Retro B767-300 PH-MCL !! This was the reason for the trip, as Martinair will end all passenger operations in just over one week. Here a are few shots of it !!

Finncomm finally visits MAN ! (09/10/2011)

This morning Finnair sent in a Finncomm E.170, for the first time in well over a year since they were painted ! Typically, it arrived in the dull, but here is what I managed of it !

With the weather being grim at Manchester, I wasn't going to bother going up for the Orange Easy Jet but with a Sun Wing B738 on a Thomson flight, I went up and got both in the sun !! :) My good luck continues.
Later on, I found out that the Orange Easy was departing to Paphos, where it would aircraft change with another EasyJet A320 !!! More good luck to catch it then !!

A great start to the Month.... (01/10/2011)

Another great day today with the sun shining and very warm temperatures reaching up to 29 Degrees. This morning the Etihad City FC A330 was in and a few of things, so most of the day was spent by 23 Right.
Here are a couple of the more interesting movements seen..

The Manchester City Football Club Etihad A330-200 taxiing out and lining up for departure back to Abu Dhabi....

This Finnair was a bit of a suprise, as I did not know this one was painted ! I have only photographed the E170 in this scheme once before, in much worse conditions !!

This is the highlight of the day for me ! Due out to LGW at 12 30, and did not depart until almost 14 30 !! Well worth the wait though !
